Family Routine is an evening checklist parents can check, from anywhere.
The fastest way to reach a person is from inside the app: Settings → Contact us. It sends us your message with your app version and phone model, so we can work out what happened without a dozen questions back.

Common questions
- The photo hasn't arrived. Both phones need a connection. Open the app on the child's device and leave it on the routine screen for a moment; it retries on its own.
- The six-digit code stopped working. Codes last fifteen minutes and can be used once. Make a new one from the child's card on the Today screen.
- I sent it back and now nothing happens. The child's screen shows your note the next time they open the app; they redo the missing step and send the photo again.
- I want everything deleted. Settings → Advanced → Delete all data. It removes your family from our server and from the phone you're holding. There is no undo.
